1. Agreement to Terms

By bringing your vehicle to Automarx Inc. ("Automarx", "we", "us", or "our") for repair, maintenance, performance upgrades, or custom work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not authorize service on your vehicle.

2. Estimates and Authorizations

• Estimates: We provide an initial estimate for parts and labor. This estimate is a guideline and may change if hidden damage or additional required repairs are discovered once work commences.
• Authorization: No teardown or repair work will begin without your prior approval. If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

All repair and service costs must be paid in full before the vehicle is released to you. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved checks. For large custom projects or kit car builds, a deposit may be required upfront for parts procurement.

4. Parts and Warranties

• Warranties: Automarx guarantees its labor for a specific period (please ask for our current labor warranty terms). Parts are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Customer-Supplied Parts: We reserve the right to refuse the installation of customer-supplied parts. If we do agree to install them, Automarx provides no warranty on the labor or the part itself.

5. Performance & Custom Modifications

Certain high-performance upgrades, suspension modifications, and engine tuning may alter your vehicle from its original factory specifications. By authorizing these modifications, you acknowledge that:

• These modifications may void your vehicle's factory warranty.
• Certain aftermarket parts are designed for "Off-Road" or "Track" use only and may not comply with local, state, or federal emissions or safety laws for street use. Automarx is not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal issues resulting from the use of such parts on public roads.

6. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of notification that the repairs are complete. Vehicles left beyond this period may be subject to a daily storage fee. Automarx is not responsible for vehicles left on our premises for an extended period.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Automarx takes every precaution to protect your vehicle while it is in our care, we are not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. Please remove all valuables from your car before leaving it at our facility.
